Some Considerations on Women Wearing Full Fashion Hosiery

Some women only wear full fashion hosiery in winter when they are wearing a dress. Every other time of the year they never wear nylons; they go bare. If women do not wear hose, why do men need to wear socks with dress shoes and a suit? Based on most women's reasoning, men should do the same. I wonder what kind of backlash that would bring. That's basically how I equate women not wearing pantyhose  to men not wearing socks to work.

Women have worked very hard to be accepted in professional circles for their abilities. However, some in the younger set seem bent on ignoring their responsibilities to dress appropriately and sport some full fashion hosiery. Men for the most part continue to dress professionally with dress-shirt, tie, suit - no matter what the weather conditions. Why is it that women feel they can throw away all the advances that have been hard-fought to achieve by dressing casually, just because they feel like it?

The honest truth is we do not all have legs like some supermodels and have no choice but to wear hose when we wear a dress or skirt. Trust me, there are many legs out there that should not be seen bare........... . I have very good, long legs...but I think full fashion hosiery hosiery is beautiful. I remember I wore a pair of Chiffon Sheer Control Top Pantyhose from Calvin Klein that had a gorgeous subtle goldish shimmer to them. I liked them... more elegant than bare feet etc....and sexier.

Since most of us do not have tanned svelte legs, full fashion hosiery is essential to present a polished finished look. For instance The only times I do not wear pantyhose is in the midst of summer when I have on a long, long full skirt (which is honestly cooler than most slacks) and sandals; but then again a pair of low denier nylons would not be too hot to wear.

On the other hand, for work full fashion hosiery is a must. At any rate, walking in heels, especially the higher shoes are so popular and donning them could be the most uncomfortable thing in the world without the pantyhose to help your foot not rub against the shoe.
