Detailed Fashioned Stockings of the 40's are hard to Find These Days

I'm talking about the real 1940's kind that are sewed together and are called full fashioned stockings. they have little heel, and they were in actual fact sewed together. They are extravagantly expensive and are real stockings so they need a garter belt to hold them up and they are fabulous to wear. extremely sheer and slippery, and feminine feeling. You can purchase newer ones in the thigh-high hold up kind and also in the form of pantyhose with a seam sewed on the back, but they most often don't have the heel part.

Full fashioned stockings are made of 100% nylon but there is nothing like them. I have several pair myself, and they are so sheer, and soft you won't imagine it. Some years ago I shopped in a lingerie/hosiery department store for about 5 years and you could see that the store wasn't carrying them.

If you just can't find them I suggest you go for the seamed stockings. Not a lot of stores carry them anymore (mostly only round about Halloween they do). So, you may want to look online to see where has them. I recently purchased some pairs of Aire Seamed Stockings. The erotic seam emphasizes lines on your leg, hides blemishes and imperfections and is trendy and looks distinguished under short cut garments.
