After wearing them several times, I can comfortably say that these Katharine hold ups are gorgeous. The color is fascinating, a true classy black, clear black, very refined. My first impression on wearing them was that the feel would not be there as they were supposed to be ladder resistant, but to my surprise that is not the case as they feel like normal, ultra sheer nylon stockings for nice smooth legs. The lace top is classic,  and the grip is just perfect. I have in the past spent lots of money on hold ups like many other women have, but in this case there is no need, these are as good as some of the most pricey ones
