If given to a loved one and in a privy setting, a tasteful gift of lingerie and hosiery gifts for Christmas is appropriate in my view. As a result she can wear it or not as she chooses. It should not be the only gift. Accompany it with items like jewelry, perfume, etc whatever you like.If you are in a committed relationship, as a result sure you can buy lingerie and hosiery gifts for Christmas, but make sure to get something else too, because the lingerie would really seem like its more for the guy.
I probably would give her a gift card for like Victoria Secret instead of you buying lingerie and hosiery for Christmas for your loved one considering if you purchase the wrong size there is no redemption.
We women love lingerie and hosiery gifts but make sure you purchase the right size or it will be rude A gift card is wonderful too - and you can write " I cant wait to see what you get!" hence she gets to decide and surprise you!
If you are a girl who likes likes to dress sexy for you then yes give her lingerie and hosiery gifts for Christmas but if u doing it to try to push her in that direction it not a good idea, and if u must buy lingerie check her underwear so that you purchase the right size
Don't go tacky and cheap when buying lingerie and hosiery, primarily if it is the first time buying, unless that's what she likes (a number of do). Nothing could be more embarrassing than getting something too petite! Look at her size of underwear and bra before you go shopping. The salespeople already know you probably don't know what you're doing, for that reason as long as you have basic info, you should be ok.
You could regularly present this Christmas present the night before Christmas when its just the two of you, might make for an awesome Christmas Eve. When its just the two of you for if she is comfortable with it therefore why not... lingerie and hosiery gifts are all what she is comfortable with.
I, if truth be told bought my husband lingerie and hosiery for Christmas. (Of course, I'll be wearing it) Yes, it is a standard gift. I, personally, have a difficult time finding lingerie that my husband likes. If you buy it yourself, your wife/girlfriend will have an idea of what you like and can get analogous things herself in the future.
At the end of the day, I would love to have lingerie and hosiery gifts for Christmas! Just don't forget the gift receipt, just in case! and have a Merry Merry Christmas!!!

My boyfriend bought me a lingerie and hosiery set for Christmas last year, who knows this year... but I am going to surprise him this year by buying my own set :-)
