Wolford 2009 Spring Hosiery Collection

Elongating the leg is a fundamental element of dress and Wolfords spring line focuses on the vertical line causing the leg to look long. Nearly every piece has an embroidery that runs the whole length of the leg.

In 2001-2002, Wolford went through a common exercise for a company that licenses the brand to franchisers. During that year, Wolford took over several of the franchises and began a joint venture called Wolford Boutiques LLC to take ownership of some of the other boutiques. It isn’t clear which boutiques are company owned, but it looks like most of the US outlets are owned by the LLC. (Info). Some of the outlets have closed. This isn’t surprising considering the miserable year in retail in the US. Due to the restructuring, the parent company is relatively strong.

I tried a pair of Wolford's Naked and Sheer Pantyhose recently and it had that attractive transparent look that I was looking for. Moreover the Ultra-fine pantyhose was made of a soft nylon making it chic and sophisticated at he same time.

Wolfords has pretty much done everything to enhance the quality and feel of the stocking. which is, unsurprisingly, reflected in their price range. these are stockings that any fine girl or lady would hesitate to let a man rip apart in a moment of passion...
